Wellness is not just a physical state, it involves mind and spirit, too. Having the right frame of mind has a bearing on the physical state. We can often get ‘stuck in a rut’ where our day to day living becomes a means to an end. This can lead to an increase in stress levels, poor diet or eating habits, lack of exercise, lack of motivation and drive – or depletion of energy. Our bodies begin to complain and we may begin to notice significant changes that may result in illness or dis-ease.
